Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide within Nigeria and can also arrange international delivery to most destinations through our logistics partners. For international orders, we will provide a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline.

Delivery Scheduling

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and product availability.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

To ensure smooth delivery:

• Please provide accurate delivery details, including your full address and at least two active contact numbers.
• Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the agreed date.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 3–10 working days for locations within Nigeria, depending on product availability and destination.
For special or custom-made doors, delivery may take longer. We will keep you informed of progress and estimated delivery dates.

Delivery Confirmation and Inspection

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We recommend that you:

• Inspect the doors immediately upon delivery.
• Report any visible damage or missing items within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp, with supporting photos.
  Failure to report issues within this period may affect eligibility for exchange or replacement.

Special Delivery Requests

If you have a critical delivery deadline or special instructions, please inform us at the time of order so we can make necessary arrangements.

Collection Option

Customers who wish to collect orders directly from our warehouse or showroom must schedule a collection time in advance. Please ensure payment is confirmed before arrival.
