A. Overview

At LJ Secure Doors Nigeria Limited, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. Each door is carefully inspected and securely packaged before delivery.

B. Returns and Exchanges

Please note that because many of our doors are custom-built, made-to-order, or specially imported, returns are generally not accepted, except in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item was damaged in transit and reported promptly

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The order reference or invoice number
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

Our team will guide you through the next steps for inspection, collection, or replacement where applicable.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your door arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

  1. Do not install the product.
  2. Clearly note “Damaged on Delivery” on the delivery form or with the driver.
  3. Contact us immediately — within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  4. Provide clear photographs showing the damage and your delivery receipt.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Please note:
If you proceed to install a damaged or incorrect product, it will be considered accepted as received, and no refund or replacement can be offered thereafter.

D. Bespoke and Special Orders

All custom-made, made-to-measure, or specially imported doors are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage during delivery or proven manufacturing defect.
We encourage customers to confirm all sizes, finishes, and specifications before placing an order.

E. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and verified.
Refunds apply only to eligible cases (e.g., damaged or incorrect deliveries).
Please allow up to 21 working days for processing after confirmation.

F. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, LJ Secure Doors will advise on the proper return method and delivery address.
For returns initiated by the customer (if applicable), you may be responsible for return transport costs, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by us.

G. Inspection on Delivery

We strongly advise customers to:

  • Inspect all doors immediately upon delivery.
  • Confirm that all specifications (size, color, model, and finish) are correct.
  • Report any issues within 48 hours with supporting photos.

This helps us resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.
